Who doesn’t love Halloween? Or origami? Mix them together and you’ll end up having a whole lot of spooky fun. These tutorials are easy to follow and you could do them together as a family in the build up to Halloween…

 

Origami Bat

I love this little guy! He’s so sweet. I used this easy origami bat tutorial to create him and it was really easy to follow. I used cobweb paper and added googly eyes, but you could design it anyway you liked!

 

Origami Ghost

I think this is a really effective origami piece. How awesome does it look?! I followed the tutorial for ‘Easy Origami Ghost Craft for Halloween’ from The Spruce Crafts. Again, I added googly eyes!

 

 

Origami Cat

One of the most classic animal origami makes is this wonderful cat. Simple yet VERY effective. I used an origami book from Th`e Works, but it’s no longer on sale 🙁 You can find all sorts of simple tutorials on Pinterest, but here’s one I’ve found for the cat.

 

 

Origami Frog

This frog is ace. I love the fact that it jumps when you press down on its bottom! So cute…

 

I can’t remember where I found this little guy, I think it may have been in my book, but here is a simple origami frog tutorial.
