Who doesn’t think about their dream bathroom? I am constantly dreaming of our relax, and this obviously includes the bathroom! relaxshouldn’t be forgotten; they are magical escape rooms perfect for pampering ourselves.

I think time spent in a bathroom is underrated. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. You can even lock yourself away for an undisturbed pamper session in this dream bathroom unlike the real life bathroom where kids roam freely and ask you twenty questions whilst you shower!
1. Shower
Having a decent shower can make all the difference when it comes to having a luxurious bathroom. Over the years I’ve experienced all kids of showers, drippy ones to cold ones to ones that don’t even work. In my dream home I imagine steam showers, spacious cubicles and hydro-massage showers. Insignia steam showers have them all and more! You can listen to music and unwind in the comfort of your own home – bliss.
2. Candles
I love candles! Relaxing in the bath with the steady glow of candlelight is heaven to me. I love the idea of a large statement candleholder like this one. I also love the natural calm of these this one – perfect for any dream home.
3. Television/Music
We once stayed in a hotel that had a TV in the bathroom! We haven’t stopped talking about it since, it was such a luxury! I’d love to have a television or music system installed, even just to create a sense of relaxing ambience.
4. Bath
Roll-top baths are the best, as are corner ones. I like the idea of both, for different reasons! I love the look of a roll-top bath, but worry it wouldn’t be long enough for Warren’s legs! We once had a corner bath and it was wonderful; so much room and space to stretch out and relax. It’s definitely on my dream bathroom list! 5. Decor
This will always be a personal choice, but I think I’m definitely into tiles over paint! We’ve had so many painted bathrooms and whenever I see a tiled bathroom I prefer it. There are so many luxurious styles and varying sizes available these days. I’d probably choose a boho style bathroom with tiles to compliment it!
