Recently I was asked to review a fantastic website called Kids Toy Generator. I don’t know about you, but I still struggle to pick gifts, even though I’ve got two children! It can be a total minefield, but read on to see how Kids Toy Generator can help you…

 

Review: Kids Toy Generator From Toys for a Pound

 

 

Toys for a Pound is a fantastic website,  with tons of toys for £1. From party bags to sunglasses, character toys to games, you can find it all!

BUT…

• What if it’s all a bit overwhelming?
• What if your child is the kinda kid that says, ‘I don’t really mind what I get for my birthday…’
• What if you need to buy a gift for a family member or a kids birthday party?
• What if you’re terrible at making decisions when there’s too much choice?

 

That’s where the Toy Generator Tool comes in. I didn’t know what to expect when I headed on over to Kids Toy Generator, but I was pleasantly surprised! Firstly, it’s very user friendly. I’m so fussy with websites and immediately I loved how the quiz looked and felt as I used it. I answered 4 easy questions before being given a few options, and then you can choose to narrow it down more or go for the options in front of you.

 

 

I obviously wanted to test it out even further, so I went onto the next question…

I’m not going to lie, when ‘Who are you buying for’ came up, I was dreading the ‘boy/girl’ question. However, I was super happy when I saw the options:

• boy
• girl
• gender neutral toys
• all toys

Thank you, Toys for a Pound, fro being forward thinking. Not every boy likes cars, right?!

 

 

So, I chose gender neutral, and then the next question focused on price. The options are between £1-5; I went for £1 and all the £1 options came up. There were so many options!

Luckily, there’s a final step. The randomiser. It picks a toy for you, to save you the stress! I loved this bit, because I’m super indecisive, so it saved me worrying. I thought it was a great way to wrap up the quiz, and I love that there are so many options along the way, incase you spot something you like ahead of question 7.

The Toy Generator is amazing, and you can add toys as you go simply by clicking ADD as they options show up. Some of the toys for £1 are amazing too, such as the Crystal Growing Kit or Top Trumps; there’s literally something for everyone!

I’m definitely going to be using the Toy Generator from now on, as well as shopping at Toys for a Pound all year round, because it’s so inexpensive and also really accessible in terms of shopping online. I loved answering the questions and figuring out what toys I could choose from for my little ones; the generator removed the stress and added so much fun!
