It’s strange to think about how we take care of other parts of our bodies during the colder times; we use more hand-cream or wear gloves for our hands, we wear lip products to save our chapped lips, and so much more. But what about our eyes?

Winter can be a cruel month when it comes to our eyes. We should do our best to protect them from the harsh sunlight, from driving during the winter to dry eyes thanks to good old central heating, here are some tips to keep them feeling fresh!

#1 Limit screen time

It’s important to make sure you limit your screen-time in the winter. Your eyes can dry out easily, so take regular time away from your phone/tablet/computer. So set timers (or reminders) and stick to it – your eyes will be very grateful!
