Take time to deal with what’s going on in your personal life and when things get too much, allow yourself to walk away and regroup.

Whatever the situation, it’s important to remember that it won’t last forever. Asking for help and support along the way is also nothing to be scared of, and making sure you take care of you is the number one priority.
