Apply for an eTA
First things first, you’ll need a visa. A Canada eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) seems like the most practical and affordable way forward. An eTA acts as a cheaper replacement for a Canadian visa, and it’s easier to apply for too! It’s a digital travel visa, automatically linked to your passport, and it takes 5 minutes to apply! This eTA visa lasts up to six months, so you can spend a really long time in Canada without the worry of rushing back to real life. It’s pretty perfect for business trips, visiting family and short term study, but we’d choose a long term holiday over all of these! It costs a very affordable £19.95, and its a really simple online process. Even though it takes less than a day to apply, it’s smart to get your eTA for Canada well in advance, so you don’t end up facing unwelcome surprises.

Book Tickets in Advance
As with any form of travel or holiday package, booking way ahead is key to saving money. Leaving this important step till last could land you in hot financial water, so book ahead! You can check out many online sites for cheap deals, comparison sites often show you the best flights available as long as your open to dates/times. Planning in advance means there’s sure to be something to suit your style and your budget!
Organise Transport
