Review & Discount Code: Cold Eye Compress From Feel Good Contacts.

Green and white package with eye mask inside.
This is a sponsored post. All opinions are 100% honest and my own.

You may have noticed from some of my posts and vlogs that my self-care is very limited, however I am starting to see massive benefits of taking care of myself, especially now I’m in my late 30’s. I was recently sent The Ice Doctor Cold Eye Compress from Feel Good Contacts to test out; they are aimed at helping people with:

  • hay fever/allergies
  • inflammation/swelling
  • tired/itchy/puffy/sore eyes
  • sinus headaches/migraine

Both Warren and I fall into a couple of the different categories, so I couldn’t wait to test them out.

Eye care is so important, no matter what your age, but this
product looks after more than your eyes, it takes care of irritations
and headaches, so it’s healing in many ways.

They arrived in a lovely box and the container was wrapped perfectly in white tissue paper; it was presented in such a lovely way and it made me think it would actually make a really thoughtful gift.

The instructions are really super simple, you basically place the mask into the seal-able plastic bag provide and pop it into the freezer for at least two hours. When you need to use it, take it out of the bag and place on your eyes, attach the Velcro back and relax…

Once you’ve used it and your symptoms are relieved, you just return it back to the freezer until the next time. From my experience over the past week, you can leave it in the freezer as long as you like so it’s always ready for use.

I tend to get tension headaches and what I think are migraines, as well as puffy eyes. I can safely say that by popping this mask onto my face, even for just ten minutes, feels amazing. I felt completely relaxed, and even though it’s cool it’s not freezing. It’s really relaxing and I felt all the tension in my head fade away.

I can see how it would be useful for Warren when his allergies flare up, because it has such a wonderful cooling effect and the fabric is really soft and silky – perfect for the delicate eye area. The Ice Doctor Cold Eye Compress retails at £12.00 but is currently on sale at £9.90 and I think it’s well worth it because it can be used time and time again.
