Ok, so I am in a band and watching this film the day before a gig may not have been the best move! I am actually pooping a little at the thought of this situation actually happening to me!
If you love suspense, lots of blood, gorey dangly bits then this film is a must. Anton Yelchin does well to last as long as he does (I don’t wanna give too much away), and it was nice to see Patrick Stewart walking around in a movie instead of sat on his ass like a right lazy git!
Set in a seedy punk-rock-Nazi-esque bar in the back of beyond, with fighting dogs and machetes it was certainly quite uncomfortable to watch at times. I wanted to jump into the TV and give them a kick on a number of occasions to try and help and I can honestly say I glared at my dog Ziggy once in anger at the canine family.
Anyway, good film, good story and well acted, it’s just a real shame about Anton, he was definitely on the up.
