We were recently given the chance to choose some items from Boohoo’s new kids range. I’ve always been a big Boohoo fan, especially when it comes to their footwear and Christmas themed jumpers! It was great to discover they’d launched a kids collection, and I was really excited to let George and Molly choose their own outfits.
They love choosing their own clothes, and they’ve definitely got their own style! George loves his hoodies and jackets, they always have to be zip-ups or button-ups because he gets hot very easily. He chose space dye smart joggers (£10) and matching bomber jacket (£12) with a spider print t-shirt (£4). We went for age 7-8 years (he was 7 in August), knowing full well we always have issues with trousers. He is very slim so trousers are often too big around the waist but right in the leg or right around his waist and too short in the leg!
The joggers were a little oversized, but they weren’t falling down. The t-shirt and jacket were a perfect fit and he loved showing them off in our little ‘photoshoot’!
Molly surprised me when she chose her clothes. She loves joggers and being comfortable, so when she chose a dress I was bit shocked. She went for a gold metallic dress (£10) with a black belt and funky black and gold skull print leggings (£4 in the sale).
She rocked in her new outfit, and although the dress is a little long (again we went for 7-8 years because the sizes run 5-6, 7-8 and so on…) it wasn’t hanging off her.
I think the quality is great, especially when you consider the price for each item. I’ve washed the items since and they’ve washed really well, no fading or shrinkage.
I’m really impressed with the clothes George and Molly picked out, and most importantly, they love them!
Have you checked out the new kids range yet? What do you think?
